I am feeling so much gratitude in my heart right now.
Gratitude towards my Gurus and teachers, towards my family, towards my friends and towards my Yoga community.
Taking refuge in LOVE and TRUTH has been my main focus and it has brought me to my knees so many times.
I feel very little and humbled by the ennourmous flow of Grace that springs from the Source towards me and my life and I feel like shouting it out and sharing it with you.
My consistent practice of chanting the holy names; dancing to the divine in form and freely; communing with my brothers and sisters, assisting and supporting my friends; practicing Yoga; appreciating the elements of Nature and noticing how their balance affects my well-being; simply BEING in contemplation and prayer; and ultimately accepting what flows into my life and allowing myself to be part of the divine leela (play) that has been set for me, amazes me, and keeps me fresh and present daily.
Playing, working and praying are the same for me.
Living my life aware that any & every opportunity that comes my way is an opportunity to evolve spiritually is my main intention for this New Year.
One Love Revolution.

Now is the Time
Now is the time to know
That all that you do is sacred.
Now, why not consider
A lasting truce with yourself and God.
Now is the time to understand
That all your ideas of right and wrong
Were just a child’s training wheels
To be laid aside
When you finally live
Hafiz is a divine envoy
Whom the Beloved
Has written a holy message upon.
My dear, please tell me,
Why do you still
Throw sticks at your heart
What is it in that sweet voice inside
That incites you to fear?
Now is the time for the world to know
That every thought and action is sacred.
This is the time
For you to compute the impossibility
That there is anything
Now is the season to know
That everything you do
